Decktro Privacy Policy

We collect account and profile details; listings, photos, offers, messages, reviews, reports, and support requests; order, trade, shipping, tracking, refund, and dispute records; and device, IP, security, and basic usage data.

Stripe handles full payment credentials. Decktro receives transaction identifiers, status, amounts, limited payment-method details, connected-account status, and fraud or dispute information. Do not place sensitive payment details in messages.

We use information to authenticate users; display listings and profiles; run orders, trades, payments, shipping, notifications, and support; calculate fees; prevent fraud and fee evasion; moderate content; investigate disputes; comply with law; monitor reliability; and improve Decktro.

Public profile and listing content is visible to visitors. Transaction counterparties receive the information reasonably needed to complete a deal, including shipping details after the proper order or trade stage.

We share information with service providers that support hosting, database and authentication, payments, email, abuse prevention, analytics or monitoring, and professional advice. We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce policies, protect users, investigate fraud, or complete a business reorganization. We do not sell personal information for money.

We keep information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for transactions, security, backups, disputes, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record and jurisdiction. Deletion requests do not require us to erase information we must or are permitted to retain.

Decktro uses access controls, server-only secrets, transport encryption, upload restrictions, and abuse throttles. No online service can guarantee absolute security; use a unique password and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You can edit profile and notification settings. Signed-in users can download account data or request account deletion. You may also contact bryanxu111@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, or another right available under applicable law.

We may verify your identity and may decline or limit a request when legally permitted. Transactional and security messages cannot be disabled while they are necessary to provide or protect the service.

Decktro uses local storage, session technology, and essential cookies for authentication, preferences, security, and checkout. Third-party providers may set necessary cookies in their own hosted experiences.

Decktro is intended for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. Information may be processed where our providers operate, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
