Safety
Safer buying, selling, and trading
Decktro keeps deal terms, checkout, messages, shipping, and reports on-platform so users have a consistent record. These safeguards reduce risk but cannot eliminate it.
Effective 2026-08-01
Keep money in Marketplace checkout
Never pay a Marketplace seller through a payment app, bank transfer, gift card, cryptocurrency, or cash. Do not share payment credentials in messages. If a TradeHub user asks to add money, stop the trade and use a Marketplace listing instead.
Inspect the item and account
Compare title, set, card number, condition, grade, cert number, price, and photos. High-value cards should show front, back, corners, edges, surface, and slab label. Be cautious of pressure, copied photos, implausible pricing, new accounts, address changes, or requests to leave Decktro.
Ship with evidence
Use the transaction address, protective packaging, tracked service, and appropriate insurance or signature service for the value. Photograph the item and package before shipment. Never mark shipped or received until that event actually occurred.
TradeHub safeguards
Do not ship until both people accept the same card-for-card agreement and save complete shipping details. Require clear offer photos, preserve the on-platform conversation, add tracking, and inspect the delivery before confirming receipt. Decktro is not an escrow service.
Report concerns
Use listing, profile, or order reporting for counterfeits, stolen items, misleading content, fee evasion, harassment, non-shipment, or suspicious activity. For an immediate threat, contact local emergency services first. Keep evidence and do not confront a suspected fraudster off-platform.
Protect your account
Use a unique password, verify your email, distrust unexpected reset links, and review the domain before signing in. Decktro support will not ask for your password, full payment card number, or a security code. Visit the Contact page if you suspect account compromise.
