Decktro terms

These terms explain the basic rules for using Decktro to list, buy, sell, trade, message, ship, and review Pokemon cards.

Buyers and sellers are responsible for accurate listings, offer messages, trade details, shipment updates, account information, and any communication they send through Decktro.

Marketplace purchases should go through Decktro checkout. Do not ask another user to move a paid marketplace purchase to a private payment app after checkout starts.

Trade Hub deals are swaps between users. When both sides accept a trade, each person should enter accurate shipping details, add tracking, and confirm receipt only after the package arrives.

Sellers should ship promptly after a confirmed order and provide tracking when available. Buyers should review the listing and order record before paying.

Refund and dispute requests should start from the order page. Sellers can approve, decline, or resolve requests, and Decktro admins may review reports or order issues when platform safety is involved.

Listings must use real photos and accurate condition, grade, price, shipping, and trade details. Counterfeit, stolen, misleading, or intentionally incomplete listings may be removed without notice.

Until public seller payouts are implemented with a dedicated payout system, seller payouts may be handled manually by Decktro operators. Public seller onboarding should not be opened until payout responsibilities are clearly configured.

Decktro can remove listings, offers, messages, reports, reviews, or accounts that abuse the platform, misrepresent items, spam other users, or attempt to bypass core platform safeguards.
