Decktro Terms of Use

These Terms form an agreement between you and Decktro when you use Decktro. Please also read the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Safety guidance.

Effective 2026-08-01

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and promptly report unauthorized account use.

One person may not impersonate another, create accounts to evade restrictions, automate abusive activity, or sell an account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Decktro's role

Decktro provides marketplace, TradeHub, messaging, payment-routing, reporting, and transaction-record tools. Unless a listing says otherwise, Decktro is not the buyer, seller, owner, grader, authenticator, shipper, insurer, or escrow agent for a user's item. Users remain responsible for their items, descriptions, taxes, shipping, and lawful conduct.

Listings, purchases, and trades

Listings must use accurate titles, condition or grading information, photos, price, shipping cost, and ownership details. Counterfeit, stolen, unlawfully obtained, misleading, or prohibited items are not allowed.

Marketplace purchases must use Decktro Checkout. TradeHub is limited to card-for-card exchanges: no money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, payment apps, deposits, or cash additions. If money becomes part of a deal, create a Marketplace listing and use checkout.

A submitted offer or order is a commitment to transact on the stated terms. A seller must not accept overlapping commitments for the same item. Each trading party is responsible for shipping their promised cards.

Fees, payment, payouts, and taxes

Publishing a Marketplace listing is free. On a completed sale, Decktro charges the seller a platform fee of 8% of the item subtotal; shipping is excluded. The fee is shown before listing and checkout rules may change only prospectively with updated disclosure.

Stripe processes Marketplace payments. Your bank or payment provider may impose separate charges. Buyers and sellers are responsible for taxes assigned to them by law. Decktro may pause checkout in a location until its marketplace tax duties are configured.

For connected sales, the seller share is routed to the seller's Stripe balance after payment. Stripe controls balance availability and bank payout timing. Payments are not held in escrow until delivery.

Decktro may delay or restrict transactions, payouts, refunds, or accounts when reasonably needed for fraud, disputes, sanctions, legal compliance, negative balances, or platform safety.

Shipping, refunds, and disputes

Sellers must package items safely, ship to the address in the transaction record, and add accurate tracking when available. Users should retain photos, tracking, receipts, and on-platform messages.

Refunds and transaction issues are governed by the Refund Policy. Connected refunds or chargebacks may reverse seller proceeds and Decktro's fee. Sellers must cooperate and provide requested evidence. Filing a chargeback does not erase obligations arising from fraud or misuse.

Conduct, content, and enforcement

Do not harass users, spam, scrape protected areas, upload malicious code, manipulate reviews, evade fees, move Marketplace payment off-platform, or use Decktro for unlawful activity.

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Decktro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute it only as needed to operate, secure, market, and improve Decktro. You must have the right to upload it.

Decktro is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, or Creatures. Names, artwork, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Decktro may remove content, archive listings, limit features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or protect users. We may correct obvious errors and cancel transactions affected by technical or pricing mistakes.

Service limits and liability

Decktro is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Decktro disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee item authenticity, grading, user identity, delivery, uninterrupted availability, or a transaction outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, Decktro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or user-to-user losses. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. You are responsible for claims caused by your unlawful conduct, content, listings, or breach of these Terms.

Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these Terms and will post a new effective date. Material changes apply prospectively; continued use after notice means acceptance where legally permitted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Before filing a claim, contact bryanxu111@gmail.com and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it informally.
